Flex-Face Tie Downs
Flex-Face banner billboards are stretched over an existing billboard sign using PVC pipe or tubes that are slid into the pockets on the top and bottom on the banner. Come-a-longs and clamps are used to stretch the flex-face banner for snug fit to hold it securely in place.
