Channel Letters Production
Standard channel letters are three-dimensional graphic signs. The “channel” (shape) is fabricated from aluminum (rust resistant). The letters are painted and fitted with a LED lighting component. A translucent polycarbonate face is router-cut to fit the open face of the letter. A trim cap border is applied to its edges for a finished appearance.
