Upload Instructions Using FTP Software for Mac
FTP software is necessary to upload files to our server. *Fetch Software is one the easiest and most common. Note: User ID & Password is required to upload files to our server. Please contact your AdGraphics account rep for your access codes. Once you are logged in, simply drag or copy-paste your file into the folder. The upload to our server should start automatically. Please send a confirmation email to your account rep once your file has finished uploading.
Upload Your Files Using the Internet
If you prefer, you can use a free file transfer service VIA the internet, where software is not required on your computer. There are dozens of free file loaders out there; a popular service is *WeTransfer. You can send up to 2GB for free, and no signup is necessary. All you need is an email address to send the file to, which your AdGraphics customer service rep can provide for you. You can also find their email address on our Contact Us page.
